Market forces in dysfunctional poor countries.

This is an update of a cartoon I drew years ago.  It alludes to the fact that guns and violence can destroy the wellbeing and economic prosperity of countries.  Those countries where warlords reign supreme and the main work for young men is as gun toting militia, where AK-47s are more readily available for children to tote than school bags and those educated middleclass that can leave the country have left.
