Tide Levels.

I drew this in response to the widespread condemnation of the Commonwealth Bank after they announced that millions of their customers would be charged a $3 fee if they wanted to withdraw their own cash from one of the bank’s branches.  But really this is just the latest in a long list of ever increasing fees and charges that have been imposed on customers by (mostly) the big four banks in Australia, and all whilst making massive profits.
