Unemployment statistics explained.

I drew this in response to the recent rise in the unemployment rate in Australia from 3.5% to 4.1%.  Some of the commentary that accompanied it seemed to me dispassionate, looking at it purely from a technical position.  But when drilled down to the individual unemployment has a 100% impact, which can be devastating.
