While the right of every country to control their borders is a reasonable one it seems to me that Trump’s plans to seal off the Mexican/American border is a classic case of creating a them and us conflict distraction. Whether Trump’s tenure is a disaster or more of a steady as she goes Neo Liberal agenda rollout one thing is certain is that ordinary Americans will be worse off as services and real wages continue to take a hammering.
