She is a tech savvy tertiary trained allied health practitioner but even she found the system mind bogglingly complex. If she struggles with it how on earth do elderly people without support ever cope with its machinations. Contrast this with when my father, who died thirteen years ago, accessed aged care support. Back then the system was locally based and much easier to access.
